在高精度伺服控制应用场合中,通常需要获取绝对值光电编码器的数据测量信息.首先分析了绝对值编码器的特点以及RS-485通信原理,然后基于DSP的SCI模块设计了编码器通信接口电路和通信程序.结果表明,所设计的通信接口和程序能够实现DSP与编码器之间的通信.
Research on Absolute Encoder Communication Based on TMS320F28335
In high-precision servo control applications,it is usually necessary to obtain data measurement information from absolute value photoelectric encoders.Firstly,the characteristics of the absolute encoder and the RS-485 communication principle were analyzed.Then,based on the SCI module of DSP,the encoder communication interface circuit and communication program were designed.The results show that the designed communication interface and program can achieve communication between DSP and encoder.
