模型预测控制由预测模型、滚动优化、反馈校正 3 大部分组成,其研究思想来源于工程实践,是社会需求和工业技术发展的产物.理论渊源及基础是最优控制与系统辨识,理论研究及算法实现的核心是结合预测控制方法特征进行控制问题的在线约束优化与系统性能保证,可满足模型精度不高、多变量、有约束的复杂对象的高品质控制要求.简要阐述了预测控制的理论框架、数学描述及类型,简要梳理了研究发展历程,归纳了近阶段预测控制领域的相关理论研究与工程应用,最后梳理了预测控制应用软件的更替历程.
Research and Application of Model Predictive Control Theory
Model predictive control consists of three main parts:Predictive model,rolling optimization,and feedback correction.Its research ideas come from engineering practice and are a product of social demand and industrial technology development.The theoretical origin and foundation are optimal control and system identification.The core of theoretical research and algorithm implementation is to combine the characteristics of predictive control methods for online constraint optimization and system performance assurance of control problems,which can meet the high-quality control requirements of complex objects with low model accuracy,multiple variables,and constraints.This paper briefly elaborates on the theoretical framework,mathematical description,and types of predictive control,summarizes the research and development history,summarizes the relevant theoretical research and engineering applications in the field of predictive control in recent years,and finally outlines the replacement process of predictive control application software.
