煤矿井上变电站智能巡检机器人系统的应用

针对煤矿井上变电站传统工人定时巡检效率较低、工人劳动强度大、巡检结果不准确及潜在异常难以及时发现等问题,研究了煤矿井上变电站智能巡检机器人系统,提出了一种轮式行走机构的智能巡检机器人系统,并通过自身搭载的多种智能传感器实时采集井上变电站的运行参数,利用无线Wifi模块将数据上传到上位机监控系统,实现了对变电站运行状态的实时远程监控.同时,完成了智能巡检机器人硬件系统设计,采用模块化设计思想编写了控制系统程序.现场应用表明,煤矿井上变电站智能巡检机器人可代替3~5人完成变电站的巡检任务,并可准确识别变电站的巡检任务,将现场采集的图像高清上传到上位机,实现变电站的远程监控,异常识别响应时间不超过 1.24 s,每年可节省人力成本50万元左右,取得了满意的应用效果,非常具有推广前景.
Application of Intelligent Inspection Robot System in Coal Mine Upper Well Substation
In view of the coal mine well on substation traditional workers regular inspection low efficiency,workers labor intensity,inspection results are inaccurate and potential abnormal is difficult to find in time,this paper studies the coal mine well on substation intelligent inspection robot system,put forward a wheeled walking mechanism of intelligent inspection robot system,using a variety of intelligent sensor real-time acquisition of inoue substation operation parameters,and use wireless Wifi module to upload the data to the upper computer monitoring system,realize the real-time remote monitoring of substation running status.At the same time,completed the intelligent inspection robot hardware system design,the modular design ideas to write the control system program.On site applications have shown that the intelligent inspection robot for coal mine underground substations can replace 3~5 people to complete the inspection tasks of substations,and can accurately identify the inspection tasks of substations.The high-definition images collected on site are uploaded to the upper computer,achieving remote monitoring of substations.The response time for anomaly recognition does not exceed 1.24 s,and labor costs can be saved by about 500 000 yuan per year.The robot has achieved satisfactory application results and has great promotion prospects.
