Quality Data Analysis System for Engine Production Process
Engine production involves machining and assembly,which generates a large amount of measurement and tightening data.This paper analyzes from multiple dimensions such as data generation,data collection,data calculation,and data analysis display,and designs a system that can comprehensively manage the quality data of the manufacturing process.The system focuses on the manufacturing data of the entire engine process and makes beneficial innovative attempts.Combining with the characteristics of engine factory quality management,it analyzes the different needs of the quality management process business,summarizes the technical requirements of the system functions,creatively abandons the traditional table format data analysis method,and combines the development architecture of new digital software to achieve a"visible and click"quality data analysis method on the page,and automatically trigger warnings for problems generated in the production process,guide users to conduct process capability analysis,and achieve closed-loop management of problems in the system.This has proposed various innovative analysis methods and management models for the application of quality data in management practice.
