摘要
设计了一种基于三菱PLC的产品分拣系统,并介绍了系统的基本流程、硬件设计以及软件设计.该系统通过1个读码器和 1个编码器的组合来判断产品应前往的通道,并能将不同的产品正确且高速地分拣至 4 条对应的通道,大幅降低了人工作业成本,显著提高了企业生产效率.
Abstract
This paper designs a product sorting system based on Mitsubishi PLC,and introduces the basic process,hardware design,and software design of the system.The system uses a combination of one code reader and one encoder to determine the channel that the product should go to,and can correctly and quickly sort different products to four corresponding channels,greatly reducing labor costs and significantly improving enterprise production efficiency.
