基于汇川PLC的自动锯铣控制系统的设计与应用

介绍了以汇川H5U型PLC为核心的自动控制系统方案,通过EtherCAT通信协议将PLC程序中的运算数据发送至SV660N伺服驱动器,驱动器进一步运算数据实现控制汇川伺服电机的精确运转,从而实现铣刀机构沿着X轴和带角度Z轴导轨进行直线运动.系统通过Modbus协议控制MD310变频器实现锯切和铣削电机旋转速度可调.采用Autoshop软件设计PLC程序,通过汇川IT7100E触摸屏开发人机界面.经现场调试,该自动锯切铣削控制系统可稳定运转.
Design and Application of Automatic Sawing and Milling Control System Based on INOVANCE PLC
This paper introduces an automatic control system scheme based on the INO VANCE H5U PLC.The calculation data in the PLC program is sent to the SV660N servo driver through the EtherCAT communication protocol.The driver further calculates the data to control the precise operation of the INOVANCE servo motor,thereby achieving linear motion of the milling cutter mechanism along the X-axis and the angled Z-axis guide rail.The system controls the MD310 frequency converter through Modbus protocol to achieve adjustable rotation speed of sawing and milling motors.Design PLC program using Autoshop software and develop human-machine interface through INOVANCE IT7100E touch screen.After on-site debugging,the automatic sawing and milling control system can operate stably.
