传统的水泵房需依赖人工来完成操作,操作难度大、工作效率低,为此,设计以PLC为控制核心的水泵房远程无人值守监控系统,通过PLC监测各数据信号,控制水泵启停、电磁阀等执行器,以触摸屏作为主要显示设备,并对系统设备、软件进行设计选型.经水位监测、报警功能、水泵轴温及历史数据查询等性能测试,验证该监控系统能满足使用要求,实现无人值守.
Design and Performance Test of Remote Unattended Monitoring System in Water Pump Room
The traditional water pump room requires manual operation,which is difficult to operate and has low work efficiency.Therefore,this paper designs a remote unmanned monitoring system for the water pump room with PLC as the control core.The system monitors various data signals through PLC,controls the start and stop of the water pump,electromagnetic valve and other actuators,and uses a touch screen as the main display device,and design and select system equipment and software.Through performance tests such as water level monitoring,alarm function,pump shaft temperature,and historical data query,it was verified that the monitoring system can meet the usage requirements and achieve unmanned operation.
