Research on Automatic Control System of Annealing Furnace Waste Heat Recovery Based on PID Control
Waste heat recovery and utilization is an important means for enterprises to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction.This paper introduces a waste heat recovery and utilization system for annealing furnace in the ductile pipe industry.The system uses PID control technology to automatically control the opening of the electric valve,so that the waste heat of the annealing furnace can be used by the sand core drying furnace,external coating preheating furnace,external coating drying furnace and other equipment on the production line according to the process temperature.Continuous actual production has proved that the system is operating as expected and the energy saving effect is significant.
