摘要

我国新能源汽车的关键零部件对外依赖程度较高,特别是在IGBT模块芯片方面,与先进国家技术实力相比,我国还存在明显差距.因此,相关行业人员应深入研究IGBT技术,推动IGBT技术快速进步,以使我国新能源汽车真正摆脱外国芯片.先分析新能源汽车产业现状,并指出新能源车用IGBT模块封装技术特征,再重点探究技术的应用与发展,以期为相关行业人员提供参考.

Abstract

China's key parts of new energy vehicles rely on a high degree of external dependence,especially in the IGBT module chip,compared with the advanced national technical strength,China still has an obvious gap.Therefore,the relevant industry personnel should be in-depth study of IGBT technology,to promote the rapid progress of IGBT technology,so that China's new energy vehicles really get rid of foreign chips.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the new energy vehicle industry,and points out the characteristics of IGBT module packaging technology for new energy vehicles,and then focuses on the application and development of technology,in order to provide reference for relevant industry personnel.
