以清扫机器人为研究对象,阐述一种双向行走的光伏电站清扫机器人的设计.该清扫机器人采用框架结构的轻量化设计,能实现2个垂直方向行走的切换,智能高效地完成光伏电站的清扫.清扫机器人行走的方向分别为清扫的行走方向和换位移动方向.清扫的行走方向是机器人在清扫时运行的方向,行走方式为多履带行走;换位移动方向为机器人在改变清扫位置时移动的方向,将清扫机器人从已清扫的位置移动到新的清扫位置,进行下一轮清扫工作,换位移动的行走方式采用履带行走.清扫采用螺旋结构的滚刷,刷毛清扫,完成清洁和灰尘引导,滚刷在清扫机器人双侧布置.双向行走的光伏电站清扫机器人机身安装有传感器,结合红外摄像头图像识别技术和 5G通信功能,其可自主规划路线,自动清扫,也可在夜间安全高效地完成光伏电站的清扫工作.
Bidirectional Mobile Photovoltaic Power Station Cleaning Robot
Taking the cleaning robot as the research object,this paper elaborates on the design of a bidirectional walking photovoltaic power plant cleaning robot.The cleaning robot adopts a lightweight design with a frame structure,which can switch between two vertical directions of walking and intelligently and efficiently complete the cleaning of photovoltaic power plants.The walking directions of the cleaning robot are the cleaning walking direction and the displacement moving direction.The walking direction for cleaning is the direction in which the robot runs during cleaning,and the walking method is multi track walking.The direction of displacement movement is the direction in which the robot moves when changing the cleaning position.The cleaning robot is moved from the already cleaned position to the new cleaning position to carry out the next round of cleaning work.The walking method of displacement movement is tracked walking.The cleaning adopts a spiral structure roller brush,with bristles cleaned to complete cleaning and dust guidance.The roller brushes are arranged on both sides of the cleaning robot.The body of the bidirectional walking photovoltaic power station cleaning robot is equipped with sensors,combined with infrared camera image recognition technology and 5G communication function.The cleaning robot can independently plan routes,automatically clean,and safely and efficiently complete the cleaning work of the photovoltaic power station at night.
