电气自动化灌装给料装置的研制

在企业调研和实践过程中,发现企业针对颗粒或粉剂的罐装会采用包装袋进行盛装,但现有的灌装机对包装袋形式的罐装自动化程度低,上料及袋口的打开往往依赖人工,并在罐装过程中缺乏对包装袋的支撑,包装袋易出现倾倒的情况,封袋的过程中热封条的温度不易进行控制,导致封袋的质量较差.为解决此问题,深入研究灌装机结构和原理,研发了一种电气自动化灌装给料装置.结果表明,该装置能实现自动化的上料、扩袋、支撑、罐装、下料以及封袋,大大提高了罐装效率及罐装的稳定性.
Abstract
In the process of enterprise research and practice,it was found that enterprises use packaging bags for canning particles or powders.However,the existing filling machines have a low degree of automation in the form of packaging bags.The loading and opening of the bag often rely on manual labor,and there is a lack of support for the packaging bags during the canning process.The packaging bags are prone to tipping,and the temperature of the heat sealing strip is difficult to control during the sealing process,resulting in poor quality of the sealing bags.To solve this problem,a deep study was conducted on the structure and principle of the filling machine,and an electrical automation filling and feeding device was developed.The results show that the device can achieve automated loading,bag expansion,support,canning,unloading,and bag sealing processes,greatly improving canning efficiency and stability.
