摘要

冷却液是数控机床零件加工过程中的重要组成部分,可以提高零件加工光洁度.在加工过程中产生的各种粉尘、杂质会随冷却液系统循环,在水箱内积存造成冷却液腐败变质、发臭.为此,设计了一种数字孪生冷却液系统,并研发了一种将过滤与离心分离相结合的冷却液净化装置.该装置使用物理方式净化冷却液中的污染物,保护冷却液不产生新物质.经过水质指标的仿真试验验证,结果显示,该冷却液净化装置可以改善水质,具有良好的净化效果.

Abstract

Coolant is an important component in the machining process o f CNC machine parts,which can improve the machining smoothness of the parts.Various dust and impurities generated during the processing will circulate with the coolant system and accumulate in the water tank,causing the coolant to deteriorate and become odorous.Therefore,a digital twin coolant system was designed,and a coolant purification device combining filtration and centrifugal separation was developed.This device uses physical methods to purify pollutants in the coolant and protect it from producing new substances.After simulation experiments on water quality indicators,the results show that the coolant purification device can improve water quality and has good purification effects.
