Design of Automatic Material Sorting and Bagging Machine
In vitro diagnostic reagent cards are widely used in hospital tests,especially during influenza and H1N1 flu,the demand for in vitro diagnostic reagent cards in major hospitals has increased significantly.Reagent card manufacturers mainly rely on a large number of manpower to assemble products and produce large quantities of products in a short time.The proficiency and responsibility of operators are directly related to the quality of reagent cards.Through the introduction of automation equipment,effectively solve the problems of manpower and product quality,and improve the corresponding production capacity.The automatic sorting and bagging function can accurately level and count the reagent cards,which solves the problems of slow manual sorting and high repeatability.This paper mainly expounds the design method of the automatic trimming and bagging machine and the bagging method of the in vitro diagnostic reagent card.Through the design of automatic bagging machine,the automatic process of sorting materials,self binding,taking pre installed bags,detecting whether there are missing cards,loading desiccants,opening bags,heat sealing,weighing and kicking out defective products is realized,and the automatic bagging of reagent cards is realized.
