摘要
在智能膜式燃气表自动化生产过程中,根据工艺要求,需对基表进行通气规整,即模拟燃气表实际工作时的状态,从入口处通入一定压力的空气,使计数器正常计数至预设数值时停止通气.提出并设计了一种基于光学字符识别(OCR)技术和PLC控制的设备.该设备可以自动读取计数器数值、自动通气使基表计数至预设数值,同时,该设备能将带有计数缺陷的基表进行标记和报警.
Abstract
In the process of automatic production of intelligent membrane gas meter,according to the process requirements,it is necessary to ventilate the base meter regularly,that is,simulate the actual working state of the gas meter,inject air with a certain pressure from the inlet,and stop the ventilation when the counter normally counts to the preset value.A device based on optical character recognition(OCR)technology and PLC control is proposed and designed.The device can automatically read the counter value and automatically ventilate to make the base meter count to the preset value.At the same time,the device can mark and alarm the base meter with counting defects.
