摘要

甲烷传感器是检测煤矿气体的重要元件.采用表面沉积的方式进行离子掺杂,以改变二氧化锡甲烷传感器的检测特性.采用实验分析的方式,对不同沉积掺杂浓度的气敏材料进行检测特性分析.结果表明,1.5%(质量分数)掺杂沉积时的检测特性最佳,能够提高甲烷传感器的工作性能.

Abstract

Methane sensors are important components for detecting coal mine g ases.Ion doping is carried out by surface deposition to alter the detection characteristics of tin dioxide methane sensors.By using experimental analysis,the detection characteristics of gas sensitive materials with different deposition doping concentrations were analyzed.The results showed that the detection characteristics were the best when 1.5%(mass fraction)was doped and deposited,which can improve the working performance of methane sensors.
