摘要

以实际案例介绍了因经济煤种掺烧配比不合适,低负荷下进行炉膛吹灰引起炉膛掉焦,最终导致火检信号全失,触发MFT的事件.通过分析整个事件经过,找出事件原因,梳理暴露出的问题,并提出相应的防范措施,为采用同类型的锅炉的电厂运行维护提供参考.

Abstract

In this paper,a case study of an MFT event triggered by the loss of fire detection signal due to inappropriate blending of economic coal types and the coke dropping in the furnace ash blowing under low load.By analyzing the whole event,finding out the cause of the event,sorting out the exposed problems and proposing corresponding preventive measures,to provide reference for the operation and maintenance of power plants with the same type of boilers.
