Kitchen Waste Reduction and Reutilization Device Based on Hydrothermal Principle
This paper proposes an environmentally friendly kitchen waste treatment device based on the principle of water and heat.This device uses a crusher to refine garbage,and then through hydrothermal conversion in a closed reactor,organic matter is decomposed into soluble small molecule substances such as amino acids,monosaccharides,and small molecule fatty acids under specific temperature and pressure.This process significantly reduces the volume and mass of garbage,and the remaining solid residue can be used as fertilizer.The device is also equipped with an automated control system to optimize reaction conditions,ensuring simplicity,safety,and reliability of operation.The use of this device contributes to the reduction,resource utilization,and harmless treatment of urban waste,while also bringing significant social and environmental benefits.
