Influence of Automotive Mechanical System on Roal Feel Simulation
With the continuous development of automobile industry level,the trend of drive-by-wire control of automobile subsystems is becoming more and more obvious.How to simulate the road feel generated by traditional mechanical connected steering system has become an important topic in the research of drive-by-wire steering system.In this paper,the composition and working process of the traditional mechanically connected steering system are analyzed and elaborated,and the generating principle of the road sense is thoroughly sorted out.In addition,the possible influence of the suspension system,braking system and power system on the road feel under working conditions is studied by taking the small passenger car as an example.Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the analysis and collection of steering by wire system data,the feasibility method of road feel simulation is discussed,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research.
