Research on Speed Regulation System of Induction Rope Winch in Coal Mine
Taking SQ-90/110W type endless rope winch in coal mine as the object,a speed control system for endless rope winch is developed.The system includes two modules:Hardware and software.The hardware module mainly includes four-quadrant three-level explosion-proof frequency converter,ADS7869 chip,core control circuit board,power supply,etc.The software part realizes the control through multi board cooperative control and PLC system safety control,and makes the endless rope winch operate safely and stably under the cooperation of software and hardware modules.The field application analysis shows that this method has good speed regulation effect and has certain application value in practice.
