Automatic Calibration Method for Static Error of Three Coordinate Measuring Machines in Mining Equipment Assembly
To solve the problem of inaccurate error correction results when scanning with a coordinate measuring machine,a static error automatic correction method for mining equipment assembly of coordinate measuring machines is proposed.The static errors caused by bending deformation of mining equipment assembly components and irregular rotation of measuring heads were analyzed when the coordinate measuring machine moved horizontally.Using automation methods,by considering the comprehensive impact,perform automated comprehensive analysis on static measurement results and summarize the patterns of static errors.Establish a static error correction model using corresponding automated data processing methods to automatically correct static errors.The results show that the design model can effectively solve the global optimal solution problem and improve the correction accuracy.
