商业航天发射场1号发射工位控制系统的设计

针对航天发射场发射工位系统多,各系统独立控制,产生的数据格式不统一、通信协议不统一、不利于测试发射中的问题分析、系统故障多等问题,提出了一种基于自主可控的新一代高速总线架构VPX控制器,设计了高可靠的冗余工位控制系统.对发射工位的勤务塔控制、发射台控制、摆杆控制、喷水控制进行一体化设计,通过VPX控制器的通用化、标准化设计,使系统具备较高的可靠性和安全性.1号发射工位控制系统用于海南商业航天发射场1号发射工位,实现1号发射工位勤务塔控制、发射台控制、喷水控制 3 个子系统的统一监控管理,使得新一代中型运载火箭的测试发射经济高效、自主可控.
Design of Launch Workplace No.1 Control System for Commercial Spaceport
Aiming at the problems such as multiple launch station systems,independent control of each system,inconsistent data format and communication protocol,which are not conducive to problem analysis during test and launch,and multiple system failures,this paper proposes a new generation of high-speed bus architecture VPX controller based on autonomy and controllability,and designs a highly reliable redundant station control system.The system integrated design of service tower control,launch pad control,swing rod control and water spray control of launch station.Through the universal and standardized design of VPX controller,the system has high reliability and safety.The No.1 launch station control system is used in the No.1 launch station of Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site to realize unified monitoring and management of the three subsystems of the No.1 launch station service tower control,launch pad control and water spray control,and realize the test launch of a new generation of medium launch vehicle that is economical,efficient,autonomous and controllable.
