为解决供热系统的流量平衡调节困难问题,现提出无人值守热力站流量自控全网平衡调节方法.控制好无人值守热力站的流量数据采集,实现对热力站的全方位监控和管理,进行热力站流量的全网平衡调节设计,使各处热力站的供暖效果一致.结果表明,对于实验设定的循环流量最优值,经过全网平衡调节后,其循环流量数值要明显优于调节前的循环流量数值,证明该方法能够有效地实现热力站的流量自控和全网平衡调节.
Whole Network Balance Regulation Method of Flow Automatic Control in Unattended Heating Station
In order to solve the difficult problem of flow balance adjustment of heating system,the self-control whole network balance adjustment method of flow automatic control in unattended heating station is proposed.Controlling the flow data collection of unattended heating station,realizing the all-round monitoring and management of heating station,and carrying out the design of whole-network balance adjustment of heating station flow,so as to make the heating effect of heating station at each place consistent.The results show that for the optimal value of circulating flow set by the experiment,the value of circulating flow is significantly better than the value of circulating flow before adjustment after the whole network balance adjustment,which proves that the method can effectively realize the flow self-control and whole network balance adjustment of the heating station.
