摘要
主要构建了一种以PLC为硬件基础的自动称重测径打印系统,其主要功能是自动测量整盘的圆形纳米晶重卷带材质量和直径,同时兼具相关数据录入和标签打印功能,并将数据实时传送到MES系统.该系统主要包括质量测量机构、半径测量行走机构、标签打印系统、数据录入、实时采集和传输系统等,具有运行稳定、测量精度和准确性高、可完全替代人工检测等特点.
Abstract
An automatic weighing and diameter measuring and printing system based on PLC is mainly constructed.Its main function is to automatically measure the quality and diameter of the whole disc of circular nanocrystalline heavy coil strip.At the same time,it has the functions of relevant data entry and label printing,and transmits the data to the MES system in real time.The system mainly includes quality measurement mechanism,radius measurement walking mechanism,label printing system,data entry,real-time acquisition and transmission system,etc.,it has the characteristics of stable operation,high measurement accuracy and accuracy,and completely replacing manual detection.
