Case Analysis of Digital Transformation in Foundry Enterprises
In order to realize the digital transformation of foundry enterprises and improve the enterprise's full-chain resource allocation capabilities.This paper takes a foundry company in Yunfu city as the research object to understand the background and trends of the digital economy era.By analyzing the key strategies and paths for the digital transformation of foundry enterprises,and based on relevant needs,a set of LED smart fusion terminal display systems was built.According to the working characteristics of the foundry enterprise control center,four visualization themes were designed for the display system.This system effectively promotes the digital transformation of the traditional foundry industry to cope with the development needs of the digital economy era and provides certain support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
