摘要
为解决传统提升机在更换首绳的过程中存在新旧钢丝绳扭转载荷传递、作用人员劳动强度大、换绳效率低以及成本高等问题,提出了首绳连续更换装置的总体方案,并重点对其中的履带牵引式连续送绳装置、钢丝绳安全防跑装置和液压系统进行设计.最终,通过构建模拟试验平台测试该装置的性能,取得了理想的结果.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of torsional load transfer between new and old steel wire ropes,high labor intensity of personnel,low rope replacement efficiency,and high cost in the process of replacing the first rope in traditional elevators,a comprehensive plan for a continuous rope replacement device is proposed,with a focus on designing the track traction continuous rope feeding device,steel wire rope safety anti running device,and hydraulic system.Finally,the performance of the device was tested by constructing a simulation test platform,and ideal results were achieved.
