摘要
提出了一种针对大规模多型号产品混线生产自动化柔性搬运的解决方法,将工业机器人搬运技术与RFID无线射频识别技术相结合,设计了一个低成本、高性能且扩展性强、柔性高的工业机器人搬运工作站.通过读取发泡模具工装上RFID标签的信息调用相应的搬运程序,对热水器半成品物料进行搬运作业,为大规模多型号产品生产提供了一种有效的解决办法.
Abstract
An automatic flexible handling method for large-scale multi-model product mixed production is proposed.Combining the industrial robot handling technology with RFID radio frequency identification technology,a low-cost,high-performance,scalable and flexible industrial robot handling workstation is designed.By reading the RFID tag information on the foam mold tooling and calling the corresponding handling program,the semi-finished water heater materials are handled,thus providing an effective solution for large-scale multi-model product production.
