摘要

在地形复杂、地质条件恶劣的情况下,普通盾构机已不能满足要求,而双模盾构机可解决在复合地层中施工的问题.以济南市地铁 6 号线为背景,展开分析双模盾构机在复合地层中的施工应用效果.该双模盾构机兼具TBM与土压平衡盾构机的施工优势,能够根据地质特点在 2 种模式之间切换,经验证,其降低了在施工过程中的风险,大大提高了施工效率.

Abstract

In complex terrain and harsh geological conditions,ordinary shield tunneling machines can no longer meet the requirements.The emergence of dual-mode shield tunneling machines can solve the problem of construction in composite strata.Taking Jinan Metro Line 6 as the background,this paper analyzes the construction application effect of double mode shield tunneling machine in composite strata.this dual-mode shield Tunneling machine combines the construction advantages of TBM and earth pressure balance shield machines,and can switch between two modes according to geological characteristics.After verification,it reduces risks during the construction process and greatly improves construction efficiency.
