Research on the Automation Improvement Method of Blowing and Washing Slide Valve Pump in Uranium Enrichment Plant
In response to the shortcomings of the valve type oil seal mechanical pump(hereinafter referred to as the slide valve pump)in the supply and extraction blowing and washing process system of uranium enrichment plants in terms of operating procedures,ease of use,and labor intensity,the operation and air breaking methods of the slide valve pump have been improved and optimized,achieving one click operation and automatic air breaking of the slide valve pump,improving the convenience of operation,control automation,and work efficiency,and reducing personnel labor intensity,labor costs,and equipment operation and maintenance costs.Optimizing the control mode helps to upgrade the industrial automation of the blowing and washing process system,which has a positive significance for the intelligent improvement of the supply and extraction plant of uranium enrichment plants.It provides a new idea for the automation improvement of slide valve pumps in China's uranium enrichment plants,and provides a new system design approach and concept for subsequent new engineering construction and factory intelligence improvement.
