Thermal Automation Maintenance Method for Smart Power Plants Based on Fault Tree Analysis
Thermal automation maintenance is an important component of the smart power plant system,which is of great significance in ensuring the stability and safety of thermal operation in power plants.This paper proposes a thermal automation maintenance method for smart power plants based on fault tree analysis.Based on the fault law of thermal power plants,determine the top event,intermediate event,and bottom event of the fault tree,construct a smart power plant thermal fault tree,use the fault tree to quantitatively analyze thermal faults,diagnose thermal faults based on the probability of fault occurrence,use the fault tree to qualitatively analyze thermal faults,determine the cause of faults and maintenance strategies,repair faults according to the strategy,and achieve intelligent power plant thermal automation maintenance based on fault tree analysis method.After verification,the method proposed in this paper has high maintenance accuracy and can achieve precise maintenance of thermal automation in power plants,providing a reference basis for the development and construction of smart power plants.
