摘要

煤矿巷道的围岩变形、顶板破碎和底板隆起等现象是巷道支护面临的巨大挑战.根据豁口煤矿实测地应力数据,通过理论分析,掌握了矿井试验工作面附近的地应力分布规律,揭示了巷道支护围岩变形破坏机理.对试验工作面巷道的支护方案进行数值模拟,提出了H-G(空心注浆)锚索+高强度锚杆+W型钢带+金属网+喷射混凝土的优化支护方案,并进行了现场应用.结合豁口煤矿1001工作面试验巷道相关数据,确定了优化巷道组合支护的技术参数.

Abstract

Peripheral rock deformation,roof slab crushing and bottom slab bulging in coal mine roadway is a huge big challenge for roadway support.According to the measured geostress data of Exuokou Coal Mine,the geostress distribution law near the test face of the mine is grasped through theoretical analysis,and the deformation and damage mechanism of the peripheral rock of the roadway support is revealed.Numerical simulation of the support scheme of the roadway in the test face was carried out,and the optimized support scheme of H-G(hollow grouting)anchor cable+high-strength anchor rods+W-type steel belt+metal mesh+shotcrete was put forward and applied on site.Combined with the relevant data of the test roadway in the 1001 working face of Huokou coal mine,the technical parameters of the optimized roadway combination support are determined.
