针对刮板输送机控制系统存在动态响应性能差、调速精度低、多电动机功率失衡的问题,将无差拍直接转矩控制技术和环形交叉耦合控制技术引入刮板输送机控制系统中,建立PMSM离散数学模型,预测最优空间电压矢量,利用SVPWM得到对应的逆变器开关序列,进而实现DB-DTFC控制;3 个闭环转速给定相互耦合、相互补偿,实现机头机尾多电动机功率平衡;搭建刮板输送机控制系统仿真模型,验证所提控制算法的有效性.结果表明,采用所提控制算法后能提升刮板输送机的动态响应性能和调速精度,可实现多电动机功率平衡,保障刮板输送机安全、连续、平稳运行.
Design of Intelligent Control Scheme for Scraper Conveyor
In response to the problems of poor dynamic response performance,low speed regulation accuracy,and multi motor power imbalance in the control system of the scraper conveyor,the zero beat direct torque control technology and circular cross coupling control technology are introduced into the scraper conveyor control system.A PMSM discrete mathematical model is established to predict the optimal space voltage vector,and the corresponding inverter switch sequence is obtained using SVPWM to achieve DB-DTFC control.Three closed-loop speed settings are coupled and compensated with each other to achieve power balance of multiple motors at the head and tail of the machine.Build a simulation model of the scraper conveyor control system to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.The results show that the use of the proposed control algorithm can improve the dynamic response performance and speed control accuracy of the scraper conveyor,achieve multi motor power balance,and ensure the safe,continuous,and smooth operation of the scraper conveyor.
