Design of Product Traceability System Based on Mitsubishi PLC
The products produced by enterprises often need to be classified manually,and the production time,batch number and other related information of products are recorded,resulting in cumbersome operation and high error rate.In order to make manual operation more convenient and improve the accuracy and integrity of recorded information,Mitsubishi PLC is used to design the product traceability system.The inkjet printer and code reader are used in the production line to track and save the information of each box of products,and the relevant data are connected to the upper system to complete the closed loop of the whole traceability system.The basic process,hardware design and software design of the system are introduced.The online operation of the system makes manual operation more convenient,greatly reduces the workload of personnel,and improves the accuracy and integrity of information.
