基于PLC的矿井通风机变频集控系统的设计与研究

针对煤矿通风系统主通风机传统起动与运行方式存在的起动电流较大、运行效率与可靠性低、设备运行能耗大等问题,采用PLC控制及变频调速控制技术对主通风机控制系统进行改造设计.系统以双冗余PLC为控制核心、变频器为调速装置,通过建立由工业以太网组成的通信网络完成井上井下互联互通,实现对主通风机远程集中监控、电机变频调速及输出风量自适调节等智能化功能.在实际应用中,系统可有效改善井下瓦斯浓度及稳定风量,实现节能降耗.
Design and Research of Frequency Conversion Centralized Control System for Mine Ventilation Fan Based on PLC
In response to the problems of high starting current,low operating efficiency and reliability,and high energy consumption in the traditional starting and operating methods of the main ventilation fan in the coal mine ventilation system,PLC control and variable frequency speed control technology are adopted to transform and design the control system of the main ventilation fan.The system uses dual redundant PLC as the control core and frequency converter as the speed regulation device.By establishing a communication network composed of industrial Ethernet,it completes the interconnection and intercommunication between the upper and lower shafts,achieving intelligent functions such as remote centralized monitoring of the main ventilation fan,variable frequency speed regulation of the motor,and adaptive adjustment of the output air volume.In practical applications,the system can effectively improve the underground gas concentration and air volume stability,achieving energy-saving and consumption reduction.
