摘要

以某电源生产企业为例,分析该企业生产的矿用视频监控系统 5V电源模块故障情况,并剖析故障产生原因,然后根据原因提出相应的优化改进方案.经实践验证,改进效果理想,有效降低了5V电源模块的故障率.

Abstract

This paper takes a power supply manufacturer as an example,analyzes the fault situation of the 5 V power supply module of the mine video surveillance system produced by the enterprise,analyzes the cause of the failure,and proposes the corresponding optimization and improvement plan according to the reason.After practical verification,the improvement effect is ideal,and the failure rate of the 5 V power module is effectively reduced.
