Performance Optimization of Disc Brake in Coal Mine Hoist
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the disc brake of coal mine hoist,taking the brake disc and brake shoe of SBD2500-A disc brake as the research object,the adverse conditions in the stress and temperature indexes of the two parts were determined by finite element analysis method,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to optimize them.The results show that the stress and temperature of the optimized parts are significantly reduced,indicating that the optimization work has made preliminary progress,which is expected to provide reference for subsequent practical application.
