Research on Collaborative Control and Safe Operation and Maintenance of Hydraulic Support in Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Face
Aiming at the problems of poor safety performance,low control accuracy,and large pressure fluctuations in the traditional control method of hydraulic supports in coal mine fully mechanized mining face,this paper studies the collaborative control and safety operation and maintenance technology of hydraulic supports in coal mine fully mechanized mining face.Combining intelligent sensing detection technology and coupling control mechanism,a hydraulic support adaptive collaborative control and safety operation and maintenance system is proposed,which collects and analyzes the entire process data of the posture and position of hydraulic supports to achieve collaborative control between hydraulic supports.After on-site installation and application in the 1107 fully mechanized mining face of a certain coal mine,it was found that the hydraulic support collaborative control technology can automatically coordinate and control the status of the hydraulic support according to the properties of the surrounding rock,centrally control the collected on-site data,and achieve collaborative control of the hydraulic support.The control system can automatically adjust the jack,and the control error does not exceed 3.5%,achieving satisfactory experimental results.
