摘要

为更精准地发现PBN飞行程序的不足,为程序优化提供一定指导,建立了一套PBN飞行程序可飞性评价指标体系,该系统包含 6 个一级指标和 16 个二级指标,并基于层次分析法融入三角模糊函数理论,计算评价体系中各指标的权重占比.结果显示,在一级指标中,可操作性和安全性所占比重最大;在二级指标中,坡度、上升下降率、高度、速度、超障风险、航空器相撞风险和航线容量所占比重较大,在优化PBN飞行程序时可以从以上权重占比较高的指标入手.

Abstract

In order to more accurately identify the shortcomings of PBN flight programs and provide certain guidance for program optimization,a PBN flight program feasibility evaluation index system was established,which includes 6 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the theory of triangular fuzzy functions,the weight proportions of each indicator in the evaluation system were calculated.The results show that in the first level indicators,operability and safety account for the largest proportion.In the secondary indicators,slope,rise and fall rate,altitude,speed,obstacle clearance risk,aircraft collision risk,and route capacity account for a large proportion.When optimizing PBN flight procedures,the indicators with higher weights can be used as a starting point.
