Research on Flyability Evaluation of PBN Flight Procedures Based on Multi-Level Analysis
In order to more accurately identify the shortcomings of PBN flight programs and provide certain guidance for program optimization,a PBN flight program feasibility evaluation index system was established, which includes 6 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the theory of triangular fuzzy functions, the weight proportions of each indicator in the evaluation system were calculated. The results show that in the first level indicators, operability and safety account for the largest proportion. In the secondary indicators, slope, rise and fall rate, altitude, speed, obstacle clearance risk, aircraft collision risk, and route capacity account for a large proportion. When optimizing PBN flight procedures, the indicators with higher weights can be used as a starting point.
