速度对金刚石钻头碎岩过程响应的影响

超高转速钻进技术打破了现有临界规程参数的界限,通过高转速、低钻压、低扭矩的钻进方式,实现高效破岩,为解决深部硬岩地层难以高效钻进的问题提供了切实的解决方法.根据现有的金刚石钻头破岩过程响应机制分析了超高转速钻进技术在该地层的高效钻进响应,确定了各参数对金刚石钻头钻进过程的影响.根据金刚石钻头破岩响应推导的结果,构建了金刚石钻头在岩石破坏领域中速度与破岩机制的关联.结果表明,超高转速钻进技术提高破岩效率的原因与碎岩机制转变有关,临界速度可能是主导破岩机制转化的关键因素.
Influence of Speed on the Response of Diamond Drill Bits to Rock Breaking Process
Ultra high speed drilling technology breaks the boundaries of the existing critical specification parameters.Through the drilling method of high speed,low WOB and low torque,it can achieve efficient rock breaking,and provide a practical solution to the problem that it is difficult to drill efficiently in deep hard rock formation.According to the existing response mechanism of rock breaking process of diamond bit,the high-efficiency drilling response of ultra-high speed drilling technology in this formation is analyzed,and the influence of various parameters on the drilling process of diamond bit is determined.According to the results of rock breaking response of diamond bit,the relationship between the speed of diamond bit and rock breaking mechanism in the field of rock failure is constructed.The results show that the reason why ultra-high speed drilling technology improves rock breaking efficiency is related to the transformation of rock breaking mechanism,and the critical speed may be the key factor leading to the transformation of rock breaking mechanism.
