摘要
为提升铁路运输组织水平,创新性地应用信息化和数字化技术建设调度指挥系统、铁路日常管理系统和铁路运输数据管理系统,以信息化平台为载体,改变企业对铁路运输组织、作业的管理方式,深度挖掘数据资源价值,发现铁路运输各环节的管理难点、突出问题,提升铁路运输管理效率和组织水平,从而助推铁路运输的发展创新.
Abstract
In order to improve the level of railway transportation organization,innovative application of information and digital technology,construction of dispatch command system,railway daily management system,and railway transportation data management system,using information platform as a carrier to change the management mode of enterprises for railway transportation organization and operation,deeply mining the value of data resources,discovering management difficulties and prominent problems in various aspects of railway transportation,improving the efficiency and organizational level of railway transportation management,and thus promoting the development and innovation of railway transportation.
