针对传统温度监测系统数据统计困难,不支持远程监控和多点同时测试且温度采集系统布线繁琐等问题,提出了一种无线监测模块的组网方案设计,以提高传统温度监测系统数据的通信性能.传统无线测温解决方案主要采用传感器监测温度,并及时上传到接收器,其缺点为数据传输量大、节点多时、丢包率极高.基于物联网技术,本次组网方案设计分为从机机与主机2个部分,从机上可接入6路探头,主机对从机主动发送指令来获取温度数据,实现同时监测多路温度数据,从机在接收主机指令后立即处理内部数据并及时上传.此外,该方案也可以监测上传的温度,设置报警阈值,实现温度智能监测.该组网方案能够降低装置的维护成本,且其使用灵活方便,对于传统传感器是一种补充.
Design of Networking Scheme for Wireless Monitoring Module
In view of the difficulties in data statistics of the traditional temperature monitoring system,the lack of support for remote monitoring and multi-point simultaneous testing,and the cumbersome wiring of the temperature acquisition system,a networking scheme design of wireless monitoring module is proposed to improve the data communication performance of the traditional temperature monitoring system.Traditional wireless temperature measurement solutions mainly use sensors to monitor the temperature and upload it to the receiver in time.Its disadvantages are large amount of data transmission,many nodes and high packet loss rate.Based on the Internet of things technology,this networking scheme design is divided into two parts:the slave and the host.The slave can be connected with six probes.The host actively sends instructions to the slave to obtain temperature data,so as to monitor multiple temperature data at the same time.After receiving the instructions from the host,the slave immediately processes the internal data and uploads it in time.The scheme can also monitor the uploaded temperature,set the alarm threshold,and realize intelligent temperature monitoring.This networking scheme can reduce the maintenance cost of the device,and it is flexible and convenient to use,which is a supplement to the traditional sensor.
