摘要
供热设备管理是企业生产和运行的基础.针对目前区域供热设备管理过程中出现的多系统间存在信息孤岛、设备管理不智能、统计分析滞后无序等问题,设计开发了基于物联网的供热设备管理平台,实现对供热设备的动态管理、分析预测评估、最优化使用,提高了设备管理智能水平.平台在唐山市热力集团的供热设备管理的实际应用中取得了很好的效果.
Abstract
Heating equipment management is the foundation of enterprise production and operation.A heating equipment management platform based on the Internet of Things has been designed and developed to address the issues of information silos between multiple systems,lack of intelligence in equipment management,and lagging statistical analysis in the current process of regional heating equipment management.This platform achieves dynamic management,analysis,prediction,evaluation,and optimal use of heating equipment,improving the intelligence level of equipment management.The platform has achieved good results in the practical application of heating equipment management in Tangshan Thermal Power Group.
