Operation Monitoring System of National Meteorological Station Main and Backup Stations Based on C
This paper introduces an hourly real-time monitoring system based on the status information of the main and backup stations of national level ground meteorological observation stations.This system is based on Net platform,developed using C#language,obtains one of the ground meteorological element data files(Z-file data)from the ISOS business software of the national station master/backup station,sets data quality control conditions,analyzes meteorological station observation elements,and compares and analyzes the difference between master/backup stations.By comparing the observation element data of the two sets of stations in real-time,the purpose of timely discovering abnormal data can be achieved,improving the availability of observation data and the utilization rate of various observation and status data,strengthening the operation of observation equipment,transmission of observation data,and quality monitoring.
