Unmanned Automation Transformation of Liugang Reclaimer
The reclaimer system of Liugang Zhonghe Material Yard adopts single action,manual,and semi-automatic control on the machine.In order to improve the degree of automation,save manpower,improve the working environment,reduce work intensity,and facilitate management,it is necessary to carry out unmanned automation transformation of the reclaimer.This paper explores and discusses how existing equipment can undergo hardware and software upgrades to achieve remote automatic material retrieval,unmanned operation,and remote monitoring based on actual situations.
