Research on Production Equipment Management Knowledge Base Based on Industrial Intelligence
A production equipment management knowledge base based on industrial intelligence has been constructed to address issues such as inconsistent and arbitrary storage of basic information,operational data,fault data,and maintenance plan management for industrial production equipment.Firstly,collect structured data,semi-structured data,and unstructured data from production equipment.Then,based on big data analysis,data modeling and other technologies,the collected data is extracted,mined,fused and processed,and the relationship with historical production equipment data is analyzed.Abnormal data is screened and analyzed through inference,and matching abnormal causes and handling plans are provided.Case descriptions,cause analysis,and contingency plans related to equipment are formed.Finally,the organized production equipment related information will be stored in the knowledge base to provide maintenance plan formulation and maintenance operation guidance for industrial equipment that needs to be repaired in case of future failures.This plan enhances the effective flow of production equipment data,achieving practical application and management of information and data related to industrial production equipment.
