烟气脱硫控制系统中,吸收塔浆液的pH值对系统的脱硫效率至关重要.针对湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)过程中浆液pH值变化的非线性及其存在较大的滞后性问题,设计一种基于动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法的控制方法,以实现对浆液pH值的精确跟踪控制.结果表明,与传统PID控制算法相比,DMC算法对浆液pH值的设定输入和波动变化具有更强的跟踪能力和更高的控制精度.该方法可以进一步满足系统的实时控制要求.此外,DMC算法还可有效抑制WFGD过程中的随机干扰,提升系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力.
Research of Optimal Control of Desulfurization pH Value in Power Plant Based on DMC
The pH value of the absorption tower slurry is crucial for the desulfurization efficiency of the flue gas desulfurization control system.A control method based on dynamic matrix control(DMC)algorithm is designed to accurately track and control the pH value of the slurry in the wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)process,addressing the nonlinearity and significant lag of the slurry pH value variation.The simulation results show that compared with traditional PID control algorithms,The DMC algorithm has stronger tracking ability and higher control accuracy in setting input and fluctuation changes of slurry pH value.This method can further meet the real-time control requirements of the system.In addition,The DMC algorithm can also effectively suppress random interference in the WFGD process,enhance the stability and anti-interference ability of the system.
