针对产品装箱自动化水平低的问题,设计一种基于履带式AGV的自动纸箱分料装置,以解决人工分类纸箱并搬运存在储存效率低、劳动强度大的问题.首先,对产品自动装车和纸箱分料进行需求分析;其次,确定装置运行环境和履带式底盘搭建整体方案;最后,设计纸箱分料机构,结合装车时间计算得出码垛方式,便于后期码垛,并结合立体视觉辅助装置检测运输状态.结果表明,纸箱分料装置设计后,能够准确分拣产品包装箱,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了产品装箱的运输效率.
Automatic Cardboard Box Sorting Device Based on Tracked AGV
In view of the low level of product packaging automation,an automatic carton sorting device based on tracked AGV is designed to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity of manual sorting and handling of cartons.First of all,the demand analysis of automatic product loading and carton material distribution.Secondly,the running environment of the device and the overall scheme of crawler chassis construction are determined.Finally,the paper designs the carton material distribution mechanism,calculates the stacking mode combined with the loading time,which is convenient for the later stacking,and detects the transportation status combined with the stereo vision auxiliary device.The results show that the carton sorting device can accurately sort the product packaging boxes,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the efficiency of product packaging and transportation.
