为了解决异地农业大棚环境参数控制精度不高、远程传输时效不强等问题,采用以太网通信、PLC控制、变频调速、组态监控等技术,开发了农业大棚智能化远程监控系统,设计了基于以太网的农业大棚监控系统的总体方案、硬件电路及软件程序.试验表明,该系统不仅实现了温度、湿度、光照等环境参数的实时检测,以及对供水、通风、补光等设备工作状态的远程检测和精准控制,促进了农业大棚种植作物的优质、增产、高效,而且实现了异地大棚间的数据实时交换和远程监控功能,为农业大棚的智能化生产提供了有力的信息化支持和技术保障.
Design of Intelligent Remote Monitoring System for Agricultural Greenhouses Based on Ethernet
In order to solve the problems of low precision in controlling environmental parameters of agricultural greenhouses in different locations and weak remote transmission efficiency,an intelligent remote monitoring system for agricultural greenhouses was developed using technologies such as Ethernet communication,PLC control,frequency conversion speed regulation,and configuration monitoring.The overall scheme,hardware circuit,and software program of the agricultural greenhouse monitoring system based on Ethernet were designed.Experiments have shown that the system not only achieves real-time detection of environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,and lighting,but also remote detection and precise control of the working status of equipment such as water supply,ventilation,and supplementary lighting.It promotes the high-quality,high-yield,and efficient cultivation of crops in agricultural greenhouses,and realizes real-time data exchange and remote monitoring functions between different greenhouses,providing strong information support and technical support for the intelligent production of agricultural greenhouses.
