摘要

王家岭煤业地面压风机以往采用传统人工值守方式,该值守方式存在效率低、成本高、人为错误多、安全风险高、监控盲点等问题.针对该情况设计了地面压风机无人值守智能控制系统,该系统采用PLC为控制核心的分布式控制结构来实现对多台压风机集中智能控制及运行参数远程监测.该系统实践应用效果理想,实现了王家岭煤业地面压风机的无人值守和智能控制,经济、安全效益显著提高.

Abstract

The ground pressure fan of Wangjialing Coal Industry used to be manually operated,which has problems such as low efficiency,high cost,multiple human errors,high safety risks,and blind spots in monitoring.A ground pressure fan unmanned intelligent control system was designed to address this situation.The system adopts a distributed control structure with PLC as the control core to achieve centralized intelligent control of multiple pressure fans and remote monitoring of operating parameters.The practical application effect of this system is ideal,achieving unmanned and intelligent control of the ground pressure fan in Wangjialing Coal Industry,significantly improving economic and safety benefits.
