摘要

为实现更高效的油气回收过程监控,设计基于SIMATIC S7-200 Smart的油气回收监控系统.硬件方面,设计数据采集器和控制器;软件方面,完成石油信号自动采样设计,建立液位平衡数学模型,设计油气回收液位自动监测流程,实现油气回收监控.对系统进行测试,结果表明,该系统的油气回收监控结果更准确.

Abstract

To achieve more efficient monitoring of the oil and gas recovery process,design an oil and gas recovery monitoring system based on SIMATIC S7-200 Smart.In terms of hardware,design a data collector and controller.In terms of software,complete the automatic sampling design of petroleum signals,establish a mathematical model for liquid level balance,design an automatic monitoring process for oil and gas recovery liquid level,and achieve oil and gas recovery monitoring.The system was tested and the results showed that the oil and gas recovery monitoring results of the system were more accurate.
