基于光纤光栅的锂电池安全监测应用效果研究

为避免锂电池使用期间因温度过高导致的安全事故,基于光纤光栅进行锂电池安全监测,探讨锂电池温度变化基本原理.利用传感器设备采集测试电池问题,通过交叉敏感性控制完成对电池使用期间温度的实时监测.结果表明,光纤光栅传感器应用具有布设简单、定位精准、响应快速的优势,将其应用于锂电池应变和温度监测中,具有一定的现实意义.
Research on Application Effect of Lithium Battery Safety Monitoring Based on Fiber Optic Grating
To avoid the safety accidents caused by high temperature during the use of lithium batteries,safety monitoring of lithium batteries is carried out based on fiber optic gratings,and the basic principle of temperature changes in lithium batteries is explored.Utilize sensor devices to collect and test battery issues,and achieve real-time monitoring of battery temperature during use through cross sensitivity control.The results indicate that the application of fiber optic grating sensors has the advantages of simple deployment,accurate positioning,and fast response.It has certain practical significance when applied to strain and temperature monitoring of lithium batteries.
